3. Terms of Coverage / شروط التغطية

Ocean Gates Est. guarantees that the water treatment system listed above is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the duration of the Warranty Period.
تضمن مؤسسة بوابات المحيط أن نظام معالجة المياه المذكور أعلاه خالي من عيوب المواد والصناعة في ظل الاستخدام والخدمة العادية طوال فترة الضمان.

Correction of Defects / إصلاح العيوب: If any manufacturing defect occurs, Ocean Gates Est. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the component at no cost.
في حالة حدوث أي عيب في التصنيع، ستقوم مؤسسة بوابات المحيط، وفقاً لتقديرها الخاص، بإصلاح أو استبدال المكون دون أي تكلفة.
Preventive Maintenance / الصيانة الوقائية: This warranty includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits every six (6) months to inspect system performance.
يشمل هذا الضمان زيارات صيانة وقائية مجدولة كل ستة (6) أشهر لفحص أداء النظام.

4. General Exclusions & Limitations / الاستثناءات والقيود العامة

This warranty covers mechanical/electrical components only and EXCLUDES:
يغطي هذا الضمان المكونات الميكانيكية/الكهربائية فقط ويستثني ما يلي:

Consumables: Filtration Media (Sand, Carbon, Birm), Ion Exchange Resin, reagents, RO Membranes, Cartridge Filters, and UV Lamps.
المستهلكات: وسائط الترشيح (الرمل، الكربون، البيرم)، راتنج التبادل الأيوني، الكواشف الكيميائية، أغشية التناضح العكسي (RO)، فلاتر الخرطوشة، ومصابيح الأشعة فوق البنفسجية (UV).
External Factors: Damage caused by electrical surges, phase failure, flooding, fire, or unstable feed water quality (e.g., sudden Chlorine spikes).
العوامل الخارجية: التلف الناتج عن الارتفاع المفاجئ في التيار الكهربائي، انقطاع الطور، الفيضانات، الحرائق، أو جودة مياه التغذية غير المستقرة (مثل الارتفاع المفاجئ في نسبة الكلور).
Unauthorized Access: Repairs or modifications made by personnel not authorized by Ocean Gates Est..
التدخل غير المصرح به: الإصلاحات أو التعديلات التي يقوم بها أفراد غير معتمدين من قبل مؤسسة بوابات المحيط.

5. Operational Requirements (Voidance Clause)

The warranty shall be considered NULL AND VOID if:

The customer fails to maintain adequate levels of regenerant (see appendix 1) for the system.
The customer fails to replace consumable parts (see appendix 1) as per Ocean Gates recommendations.
The customer fails to perform and document system checks (see appendix 2) supplied by Ocean Gates. Ocean Gates Est. reserves the right to review logs before approving claims.
The system is operated outside of design specifications.
Supplied raw water conductivity exceeds 1400 microsiemens or TDS 1000ppm.
Manual run of the system without Ocean Gates authorization, which leads to other system components failure.

6. Claims & Service Request Protocol

Email Only: All requests for support or warranty claims must be submitted in writing to support@oceangates.sa. Verbal requests are not processed as official claims.
Required Data: Include Project Name, Serial Number, and a detailed description of the fault.
Process: An Ocean Gates representative will guide troubleshooting or schedule a site visit upon receipt.

Detailed Maintenance Criteria / معايير الصيانة التفصيلية

To maintain the validity of the warranty, the following consumables must be monitored and replaced according to these guidelines. Failure to adhere to these replacement intervals may result in system failure and voidance of the warranty.
